Manuscripts should be submitted by the corresponding authors through only our online manuscript tracking systems (MTS) via http://www.ijsom.com/contacts?_action=loginForm . The electronic Word files can be submitted through the mentioned system. Submissions by anyone other than one of the authors will not be accepted. The corresponding author takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. If you have any problem in submission through the MTS for technical reason or etc. please feel free to contact us via http://www.ijsom.com/journal/contact.us
Peer Review
All the manuscripts are subject to a single blind peer review process.
After submission of a manuscript, it will be preliminary considered by editor-in-chief to determine whether it fits the scope of the journal and has a scientific merit of publication. Then, technical editor checks the manuscript for properly preparing according to journal format and standards. Also in this step, similarity index of the manuscript will be checked by iThenticate similarity detection service. Result of iThenticate report and manuscript check will be sent to editor-in-chief for more consideration.
Manuscript that are not prepared in accordance with author instruction will be returned to the authors for revision or resubmission.
All manuscripts that have passed the initial inspection will be assigned to two or more reviewers by editors. The editor cannot designate himself as a peer reviewer. The reviewers suggested by authors can also be considered, but they should not have published with any of the authors last 10 years.
Editor-in-chief or editor can also give comments about the manuscripts. Based on the comments and referee’s reports will be make decision to accept, revise (minor and major revision) and reject. The revised papers will be considered by the reviewers again, and will be sent to the scientific editor in order to make decision based on the reviewers' evaluation and his/her opinion. The scientific editor will assign the decision to the editor-in-chief. Final decision about accepting or rejecting will be verified by editor-in-chief.

Authors also certify that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere, including electronically in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the copyright-holder.

Plagiarism
IJSOM has a policy of screening for plagiarism, it means whenever you paraphrase, summarize, or take words, phrases, or sentences from another person's work, it is necessary to indicate the source of the information within your paper using an internal citation. It is not enough to just list the source in a bibliography at the end of your paper. Failing to properly quote, cite or acknowledge someone else's words or ideas with an internal citation is plagiarism.
