This study proposes a model with four constructs named as (Supply Chain Management Strategy, Supply Chain Management Commitment, Supply Chain Management Integration and Firm Performance) into it. The proposed model is unique in the way of providing four constructs simultaneously with its possible inter-relationships. Total five Inter-relationships are offered in the form of propositions for the said model. Previous studies in the field of Supply Chain Management are failed in offering all the four constructs and its relationship simultaneously. This model lay down new foundation in the field of Supply Chain Management which helps practitioner and academician to do further research on it.
